Hooray Henleys!
Left Cookham and did 3 locks and 11 miles to Henley On Thames. Lock keeper advised us on the most likely place to moor and he was right! The regatta has finished but there is a festival here this week.We have heard that the Beach Boys are playing here tonight. There is a stage built on the southbank of the river, so we think we will be able to hear them from our moorings. In fact I think we heard them rehearsing as we travelled past the back of the stage before mooring. Off to Sonning tomorrow to meet up with Caroline and the boys. it will be Samuel's first birthday.
